Here’s to a great Wednesday on your side! Or whatever day you’re reading this 🙂
It’s been a little over a month ever since I tried this moisturiser and eye cream combo and I’ve got a review up for you!
I got them in a set and I think it’s super worth it because the Enriched Cream costs S$43 by itself and the Eye Cream is also sold at S$43 (30ml), though the sample eye cream in this set comes in a 10ml jar.
But I’ve got the Orchid Fluid and Jeju Orchid Skin in this kit too with a 15ml mini size to try out.
Original size price: Orchid Fluid (100ml for S$34) and Jeju Orchid Skin (200ml for S$34)
I’ll probably be reviewing the other two another time!
What: Innisfree All New Jeju Orchid Enriched Cream + Eye Cream
Price: S$43 in a set (Cream, eye cream, fluid and skin)
Weight: Enriched Cream (50ml), Eye Cream (10ml)
Period-After-Opening: 12 months
Taken from the Innisfree Singapore website.
Noticeable good & bad ingredients: Both products have –
- Glycerin (is a humectant – it draws moisture from the environment to keep your skin hydrated and smooth)
- Squalane (is an antioxidant, prevents UV damage and the formation of age spots, promotes cell growth and is an antibacterial)
- Niacinamide (has the ability to visibly improve the appearance of enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, fine lines, dullness, and a weakened skin surface)
- Fragrance / Parfum (possible irritant to some skins)
- Orchid Extract (reparative and protective properties along with moisturising and anti-aging benefits)

Look & Feel
According to the website,
Jeju Orchid Story
As a result of several years of effort and research on Jeju orchids that feature the remarkable vitality of being able to flower in the snow, Orchidelixir™ was created.
An exceptional antioxidant, Orchidelixir™, together with functional active ingredients, works to nourish overly tired skin and treat signs of skin aging in order to yield healthier skin.
I actually bought this product (in a set) because 1. it’s newly upgraded 2. I needed a night moisturiser 3. I can get a free eye cream too!
Here is the box with their explanations:
On the Jeju Orchid section in Innisfree, it also said that the Enriched Cream can be used on Combination skin and your girl here has combination skin.
I’m kind of the oily and dehydrated skin type.
Basically, oily and dehydrated on my T-zone, normal on my U-zone. Acne-prone too, yes that’s me.
I was glad too as the set only included the Enriched Cream, so if I got the Intense Cream or the Gel Cream version, this set wouldn’t be together.
Got so excited to try it after I bought it and did so that very night!
These are the two said products! I like that I can return the skincare bottles / jars back to Innisfree to get back some membership points.
Of course, I can only return the full size ones!
Application
This is how much I’ve used since I started at the end of October.
The eye cream barely made a dent because of how balm-creamy its consistency is. I just need one small swipe for both eyes!
Both of the products here smell pretty much the same. It’s a calming scent in my opinion. A sweet floral smell which I don’t mind.
It may smell a little too strong for some of you guys but I’m okay with it! It doesn’t really linger after that either.
Application of the Jeju Orchid Enriched Cream is the one below. It has a light pastel pink+orange hue to it and spreads really easily.
You don’t even need much for your whole face. There are times when I like this and times when I don’t.
It’s complicated but I realised that sometimes this cream absorbs beautifully into my skin and doesn’t make it anymore oily.
But there are also OTHER times when it starts to get oily after a while.
I tried to reduce my toner layering or even increase/decrease the amount of enriched cream that I use at night but it’s not always just the right amount.
In the picture, when it’s just applied, it looks moisturised and hydrated.
After a few minutes, it absorbs into your skin and you can’t really feel the tackiness on your skin as much already.
However, sometimes after about 2 hours, it starts looking a little oily in my T-zone area and I wonder if it’s too ‘rich’ for that area.
So now, I actually see my skin condition if it’s feeling irritated or normal. I adjust accordingly to apply this to my whole face at night or just to my U-zone and finishing it up with my day moisturiser on my T-zone using the SANA’s Namerakahonpo Emulsion NA which I quite like.

Bear in mind that the oiliness comes up only at night as I usually use sunscreen on top of my moisturiser in the afternoon, so not much of an issue there.
Another thing about this is that when I wash my hands after applying it on my face (I have a habit of doing that), it comes off a bit slippery. I don’t have a clear idea on explaining it but that’s my other gripe about this.
It just feels weird washing it off lol. (Like you’re washing a glass plate with your hands, if you get me)
The eye cream, as I mentioned earlier, did not pose any problems at all. It absorbs pretty nicely and as you can see in the picture, it doesn’t look as moisturising as the enriched cream but it is definitely thicker in consistency.
I really like how a little goes a long way. I’m not too sure how long it’ll take for me to finish it but I think I’m really getting a bang for my buck in this case.
Although it moisturises well under my eye and doesn’t give me milia seeds, I must say that I don’t notice any brightening of the eye (it doesn’t claim that), so keep in mind.
As I’m nearing my mid 20s, I bought this set because it says that the Enriched Cream is a “resilience-boosting anti-aging cream (that) takes care of the look of firmness, appearance of wrinkles, skin tone, dryness and pores”.
I’m not too sure if it did anything for prevention of my wrinkles or firming my pores as it’s too small of a difference.
But I know that it will be great for people with normal to dryer skin tones.
They also recommend applying one more layer on top if you have a dryer skin.
I don’t sleep in an air-conditioned room so the humidity of Singapore might have been the cause of the extra production of sebum after a few hours with it on.
If you have some time to spare in the store, do try it out on your hands!
Yes
- I like the scent from this line (calming and relaxing)
- The set is pretty dang worth it
- Good moisturiser for the neck area as its a thicker occlusive than gel creams
- Anti-aging cream for those who want to start prevention of wrinkles
- Eye cream is decent for my skin
- Great for normal to dry skin types
No
- Can be a bit tricky for combination skins
- If bought separately, price is a little expensive
- Not recommended for oily skin types
- Washing it off my hands is not a very nice experience
Am I Repurchasing?
Hmm, I’m not sure if my skin is suited for this cream but I might try this line in a few years’ time when I really need the anti-aging part.
So nope, not repurchasing after I’m done in the meantime!
Overall, the Enriched Cream is a good cream that forms a moisturising barrier, but after a while, it just gets oily for me sometimes and it’s a bummer.
Overall Rating:
Are there any moisturisers that you swear by and you have a similar skin type to me? Please share as I’m still on the search for a better moisturiser! 🙁
