Remember my previous toner from Mamonde? Well, it was the Rose Water Toner! I actually purchased it in a 1 + 1 sale while I was in Korea and this was the second bottle I chose.
The surprising thing I noticed after I started using it was that it only had 6 ingredients. Say WHAT?
Yeah. I’m such a klutz. But here goes my review anyway 🙂

Look & Feel
According to Mamonde, this is a mild toner for sensitive skin that only contains 6 ingredients.
Mamonde uses a 4-layer filtering system to extract Chamomile, which also has the ability to soothe the skin.
D-Panthenol (Provitamin B5)
The formula contains D-panthenol (Provitamin B5), which strengthens the skin barrier and has an excellent ability to hydrate the skin.Bio Essence
Like the Rose Water Toner, this is also in a 250 ml bottle.
Which honestly, is a lot for a toner. I like how I can layer it without being stingy because it’s inexpensive.
The consistency of this product is similar to the Rose Water Toner except it feels like the Rose Water Toner is a tad bit more watery?
Truthfully speaking, it’s hard to tell but I felt that way about it.
Somehow, it absorbs into the skin faster too. No problems about that.
Scent wise, can’t really pinpoint a flower scent but it smells pleasant for sure. It’s not strong at all.
Application
Since this is like water, I won’t be showing you the consistency haha.
But after about 3 months, this is the amount that I’m left with!
This was a really mild toner, that my boyfriend also loves! He bought the same combo as me but used the chamomile first while I, the rose water toner.
After he finished the chamomile and started the rose water toner, he told me that he much prefers the chamomile because the smell isn’t as strong and somehow feels more mild for his sensitive skin.
Both of them worked fine for me but if I have to choose, I would actually choose this Chamomile Pure Toner as well!
This has 6 ingredients and that’s already a plus.
I do enjoy layering this as it smells really pleasant and relaxing.
After about 2-3 layers, it hydrates my skin well and I continue on with my skincare routine.
I haven’t broken out from it either so that’s an extra good thing!
BUT, I do notice that when patting this onto my face with my hands, and when some of it goes near my eyes, it sort of seeps through.
And for a few minutes, my eyes feel a (I wouldn’t say irritated) slight stinging? It doesn’t hurt but it just feels very uncomfortable.
After a while, it doesn’t bother me anymore.
That’s why I try to pat as much of the product around my face before going near my eyes. That lessens the chance of it happening again.
On the contrary, this hasn’t happened to my boyfriend yet so…
Do keep that in mind 🙂 It might just be our way of applying products.
Putting all these opinions together…

Am I Repurchasing?
As much as I prefer this to the Mamonde Rose Water Toner, I will not go out of my way to repurchase it. However, I know that my boyfriend actually likes this and may repurchase!
